1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or engaging Adewebs Technologies for services, you agree to these terms. Specific project engagements are additionally governed by a signed agreement/quotation.
2. Services
Services described on this site (software development, design, training, and related consulting) are subject to scoping and a formal quotation before work begins. Pricing shown for Academy courses is subject to change.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in a project contract, deliverables built for a client transfer to that client upon full payment. Adewebs retains rights to its own pre-existing tools, frameworks, and internal libraries used to build them.
4. Payment Terms
Project payment schedules are defined per-engagement in the signed quotation or agreement. Late payments may pause active work.
5. Limitation of Liability
Adewebs Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of delivered software beyond the value of the relevant engagement.
